ConnectiCare Commences Utilization of Post-n-Track Healthcare Integration Platform for Improved CAQH CORE Compliance


HARTFORD, Conn. --(Business Wire)--

Post-n-Track, a proven provider of information logistics for healthcare management, announced today that ConnectiCare has successfully begun live utilization of Post-n-Track's healthcare integration platform. The move comes as part of a strategic effort that aligns ConnectiCare with the Committee on Operating Rules for Information Exchange (CORE). These requirements are mandated in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). Post-n-Track will provide enrollment, certification and support of connectivity tools, as well as platform hosting, maintenance and implementation services.

ConnectiCare is using the Hosted Services solution framework of the healthcare integration platform to facilitate administrative information exchange between the health plan and participating providers. Using this workflow, providers that participate with ConnectiCare and business partners are able to submit eligibility and claim status transactions electronically, and receive real-time responses compliant with the ACA Operating Rules Mandates. The Post-n-Track healthcare integration platform is extensible, and provides ConnectiCare opportunities to implement additional functionality and transaction types in the future.
