Congressional Leaders Gather for CHCI's 2014 Public Policy Conference Summit Series Day 1

Early Childhood Education: Why Universal Pre-K Makes Sense for America Rep. Raul Grijalva and Rep. Pedro Pierluisi led an insightful conversation on the steps necessary for providing Universal Pre-K across the country. A group of expert panelists discussed Universal Pre-K cost savings and benefits through preparedness for elementary and secondary education, improving test scores, reducing long-term drop-out rates, and increasing high school graduation rates.

Henry Cuellar led an engaging discussion on expanding job opportunities for Latinos in the energy sectors.
