Colt deploys SuccessFactors's Performance and Talent Management suite

Nov 10, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Colt, a provider of business communications and managed services, has deployed SuccessFactors's Performance and Talent Management suite to support its business strategy of expanding into managed services and new markets. SuccessFactors is a provider of business execution software.



SuccessFactors said that Colt is using SuccessFactors to deploy a new competency framework, aligning and engaging its internal talent to drive organizational performance and growth. SuccessFactors's software is being deployed to all 4,500 Colt employees in Europe and India.

Heather Sawyer, director of people and change at Colt, said: "SuccessFactors represented the most integrated, functionally rich and user-friendly solution. As we are moving aggressively into the managed services space, we need to increase our focus on skills and talent. We also want to ensure that every employee feels personally connected to our corporate strategy with individual goals that are clearly aligned.
