NEW YORK -- Coast Guard search and rescue and environmental protection personnel from Sector New York and Station New York respond to a capsized vessel near Liberty Island, N.Y., Friday, April 6, 2012. Coast Guard personnel are gathering information to investigate the accident, respond to any pollution and oversee plans for salvage operations.
