Club Zone Hosts Ama Blax, Pilato
Feb 12, 2012 (The Times of Zambia/All Africa Global Media via COMTEX) --
LUSAKA'S Club Zone cafe last Saturday night hosted the craziest artistes at the moment, Pilato and Ama Blax as a way to celebrate the Chipolopolo victory over Sudan.
Ama Blax led by their wayward front man Mbototo were the first to offer crazy entertainment to the overzealous crowd. The other two members of the group who were dressed in women attire sent the audience in a frenzy with their eccentric dances coupled with funny facial expressions.
The group famed for their hit song Nomba Ngachaliniwebo (passion of the Christ) and Teti Umusende, were totally crazy in their acts. One of the patrons James described Ama Blax's performances as total madness.
For sure it was total madness at Club Zone when another controversial commentator Pilato joined the trio for an explosive and provocative one-hour performance.
Making his second appearance on any Lusaka podium, Pilato like the other week at Eastpoint left no fan unsatisfied as he gave out his best with songs such as Apena, Icashishita, Mwebachushi and Nganaponena featuring Nice M. B Flow, JOB and Mamie were the other artistes that lightened up Club Zone with resident deejays playing Chipolopolo songs to wrap up a perfect weekend for many.
