Clearly's client list leap leads to relocation [Western Mail (Wales)]

(Western Mail (Wales) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) PUBLIC Relations and Content Marketing agency ClearlyPR has moved to larger offices in Cardiff on the back of strong growth and recent client wins.

The firm, which was previously based at St Mary Street in the centre of Cardiff, has relocated to offices on Cathedral Road in Pontcanna.

It has also appointed two PR & communications executives. The company has also moved to larger offices in Cardiff on the back of strong growth and recent client wins.

The office move and expansion of the team follows a number of new client wins for ClearlyPR, including PA Black (Peter Alan Estate Agency), Learna/University of South Wales, XPATJobs, Reed.co.uk, and Cardiff Business Club.

ClearlyPR has also recently signed a collaborative partnership with RIDA - the recruitment investment business founded in 2009 by Helen Reynolds and former "Dragon" James Caan.

The partnership sees the business provide PR services for RIDA's client base throughout the UK.

Hannah Prigg, 22, and Jack Buckley, 23, have joined the agency having both recently qualified with degrees in journalism.

Ms Prigg, graduated from University of Leeds and worked on a variety of media projects, including local radio in Yorkshire and serving on the production team for the BBC's Sport's Personality of the Year.

Hannah managed a number of roles ranging from news writing and content production to radio presenting, editing and media relations.

Mr Buckley brings his experience gained both during and since graduating from the University of South Wales. He has worked in local radio and formed part of the production team for the BBC's Crimewatch in Cardiff, in addition to working in broadcast radio, European event management, film production, and media relations.

Paul MacKenzie-Cummins, managing director at ClearlyPR, said: "We are delighted to be joined by Hannah and Jack. This is an exciting time for the business, which despite only being established at the turn of the year, is growing steadily.

"Organisations are increasingly moving away from the 'safe' and react-only approach inherent among many of our competitors.

"But more than that, they want an agency who will drive forward practical ideas that are aligned to their organisation's strategic goals.

"We see the agency-client relationship as being one where we as the agency are the ones driving the client - not the other way around." (c) 2014 ProQuest Information and Learning Company; All Rights Reserved.
