City of Elk Grove, Calif. honors Frontier Communications with "Exceptional Enterprise Award"
STAMFORD, Conn. --(Business Wire)--
Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: FTR) was recently honored
as an "Exceptional Enterprise" by the City of Elk Grove, California. The
honor is part of the city's "Best in Business Award" program and
reserved for larger businesses that create jobs, give back to the
community and embrace sustainable business practices.
General Manager Jim Cline accepted the Award from Mayor Jim Cooper on
January 25. "Elk Grove values its relationship with Frontier and the
services it provides to our City," said Mayor Cooper. "Frontier shows
leadership and tireless commitment to community involvement, economic
development and non-profit organizations." Cline noted that in addition
to being the headquarters of Frontier's West Region, Elk Grove is home
to Frontier's Tech Lab, which tests and recommends products and

taxpayer whose employees live and work here," said Cline. "We are happy
to support the City and organizations like the Anna Kirchgater
Elementary chool mentoring program, the Cosumnes Legacy Foundation, the
Food Bank, the Teen Center and the Veterans Park."
