ChinaSoft, Huawei establish joint venture in Xi'an

XI'AN, Apr 08, 2012 (Xinhua via COMTEX) -- ChinaSoft International and Hua wei Technologies established a joint venture for software outsourcing service, and signed an agreement with Xi'an High-Tech Industries Devel opment Zone on Sunday to settle down here.

With a total registration capital of 100 billion yuan, th e joint venture will integrate the outsourcing service experience of C hinaSoft and mature quality and management practice of Huawei to const ruct a first-clase software outsourcing company.

The new firm is expected to rake in 3.6 billion yuan in o perating revenues after three years' operation, and offer 30,000 jobs.
