China Assurance injects Rmb12m into Beijing Jin Dian Pai [ET Net News (China)](ET Net News (China) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) [ET Net News Agency, 19 September 2014] China Assurance Finance (08090) said it will inject capital in the amount of Rmb12 million into Beijing Jin Dian Pai Information Technology Limited (JDP) for a 60% equity interest in JDP. JDP was established in 2004 with principal businesses originally in development and sales of computer application software systems and specialized in the provision of various types of application systems (including bidding, matching, listing, tendering and settlement) to bulk commodity exchanges in the PRC. China Assurance said the capital in injection will allow the company to diversify its business scope by engaging in the new business of operation of internet trading and potentially broaden its revenue stream.
