Cerner to Hold Annual Shareholders Meeting on May 26

KANSAS CITY, Mo. --(Business Wire)-- May 19, 2006 -- Cerner Corp. (NASDAQ: CERN) will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 26 at 10:00 a.m. CDT.

A live audio webcast of the Annual Shareholders Meeting will be available on Cerner's Web site at www.cerner.com under the About Cerner section (click Investors, then Presentations and Webcasts). It is recommended attendees access the site fifteen minutes early to register and to download and install any necessary audio software. For those who cannot listen to the live broadcast, a replay will be available on the Cerner Web site shortly after the meeting through June 1.
