Ceragon announces initial orders for FibeAir IP-20C from PEG Bandwidth

Feb 21, 2013 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Ceragon Networks Ltd (Nasdaq::CRNT), a provider of wireless backhaul solutions, announced on Wednesday the receipt of orders for its recently launched, new generation of multi-core, packet radio solutions, FibeAir IP20-C, from PEG Bandwidth, a provider of customised cell site backhaul networks for wireless carriers.

Financial details of the orders were not available.

PEG Bandwidth has reportedly selected Ceragon's FibeAir IP-20C to complement its extensive, 12-state fibre network as a result of its ability to deliver unmatched capacity throughout the backhaul network at a low total cost of ownership (TCO).

This deployment will include dozens of FibeAir IP-20C links throughout the US, Ceragon said.
