CEP America Executives among Industry Experts Speaking at EDPMA Summit

Physician partners at CEP America are among the industry experts speaking at the Emergency Department Practice Management Association's (EDPMA) Solutions Summit on May 1-4 in Las Vegas.

The CEP America physicians, who are all practicing in Hospital or Emergency Medicine, will provide insights into the challenges faced and solutions needed by America's hospitals at the summit, "High Stakes for Emergency Medicine."

For the past 40 years, CEP America has pioneered best practices in acute care such as streamlining admission processes and taking a team approach to care that have resulted in higher patient satisfaction, better outcomes and lower costs.

"The U.S. health care industry is in a state of tremendous change," says Wesley Curry, MD, FACEP, CEO of CEP America, and a conference speaker. "Hospitals nationwide realize they must continue to look for ways to improve their service and increase patient satisfaction as they face evolving reimbursement models. CEP America sees this as an opportunity to continue to improve ED practices."

The Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA) is one of the nation's largest trade associations, delivering emergency medical care to over half of the 136.3 million patients who visit U.S. emergency departments each year.
