Celartem Technology Launches Document Express Suite Offering Complete Solution for Document Imaging Workflows
SEATTLE --(Business Wire)-- Celartem Technology Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for storage, access and distribution of rich media content, today announced the launch of a medley of new products, comprising the Document Express Suite, all powered by Celartem's new, more robust DjVu(R) core engine. The initial product launch of the series begins with Document Express Enterprise 7.0, which provides full support for encoding Microsoft Office(R) 2003/2007 and PDF documents into DjVu(R) format. This latest version of Document Express Enterprise with DjVu(R) easily encodes virtually any type of document image into DjVu(R) format, providing output files up to 1,000 times smaller than any comparable alternative.
Document Express Enterprise 7.0 introduces the DjVu(R) Profile Manager, a Graphical User Interface, which enables DjVu(R) users to test, fine-tune and save customized encoding profiles. Another improvement is the optional Secure DjVu(R) module, empowering users to assign security settings to DjVu(R) documents, simplifying the task of Digital Rights Management. Document Express Enterprise 7.0 now also supports Microsoft Windows Service, so that users can perform conversion work without needing to logon to their desktops. This more powerful and user-friendly version of Document Express Enterprise with DjVu(R) will help any organization more efficiently and securely store, distribute and share important digital content over any network, including mobile connections.
