Cegedim Announces the Signature of an Agreement to Acquire Nightingale's US BusinessRegulatory News: Cegedim, an innovative technology and services company, today announced the signature of an agreement for the acquisition of the US based Practice Management business of Nightingale Informatix Corporation by its US subsidiary Pulse System, Inc. The acquisition includes the assets of Nightingale's Medrium, Ridgemark, Secure Connect and Northern Health Products.
