Jaklin's project introduced best practices from different industries into education services. It provided a framework that captures key components to better align the education portfolio with the overall company strategy, giving multi-layer stakeholders input into decisions.

The model fundamentally changed how Wind River makes decisions abou new course development, based on actual data. Through Jaklin's guidance, all new education offerings at Wind River are now strategically aligned to business strategy.
