CDMS & Betfair Win Best Strategic Partnership

Intelligent communications provider CDMS triumphed at the Marketing Direct Connect Awards in the �Best Strategic Partnership� category for their work with global online betting exchange Betfair.

Grosvenor House, in London�s Park Lane housed the leading industry event on Tuesday 23rd September which awarded the CDMS campaign �Betfair raises the Stakes�. The award winning campaign involved implementing and managing a single customer view (SCV), as well as the ongoing provision of campaign planning and customer analytics for the delivery of multi-channel campaigns in 48 hours.

The judges selected examples of outstanding campaigns, strategies, projects or performance, with proven successful results. In particular the �Best Strategic Partnership� scooped up by CDMS rewards for the best work delivered for a client on a direct marketing campaign or project taking into consideration strategic apporach, innovation and overall effectiveness. A firm understanding of the client�s business and a proven return on financial investment were important factor in achiving this recognition.
