CaseCentral Names New Executive VP of Field Operations

CaseCentral, a company offering eDiscovery solutions to corporations
and the law firms that serve them, said that it has continued the
expansion of its executive team, naming Jud Coleman as executive vice
president of field operations.

Coleman is the third new executive appointed by CEO Tom Thimot since he
became chief executive in January. C

oleman will direct all sales for the company, leveraging over 15 years
of experience with organizations including Stellent, where he served as
executive vice president of North American sales and helped grow annual
revenue to over $122 million.

"CaseCentral is moving into 2008 with terrific momentum. Jud Coleman is
a great addition to our management team, and in his role as executive
vice president of field operations he will build the world-class sales
team we need to meet the increased demand for our eDiscovery
solutions," said CaseCentral CEO Tom Thimot. "I came to CaseCentral to
accelerate our growth - and Jud's history of dramatically growing sales
revenue at companies like Stellent, Siebel and Lawson makes him a
perfect match for our company."

Coleman comes to CaseCentral after four years at Stellent, where he
held a number of high level management positions, including executive
vice president for North American sales. As EVP, Coleman led an
organization of over 80 people, and directed sales and partner
activities that increased annual revenue by over 60 percent to more
than $122 million. Stellent, an enterprise content management firm, was
acquired by Oracle just over a year ago.

Prior to Stellent, Coleman spent seven years in sales and sales
management positions at Siebel Systems, where he was a significant
contributor as it grew from a CRM start up to one of the most respected
software providers in the industry. Previously, Coleman spent four
years in direct and channel sales positions at Lawson, an ERP provider.
Coleman's sales career began as a top performer at EDS/McDonnell
Douglas where he spent nine years in various sales and business
development roles. Coleman has received numerous honors, including
being named to Siebel's President's Club (top 10 percent), and
achieving Top Sales Representative of the Year at both Lawson and
EDS/McDonnell Douglas.

CaseCentral provides an on-demand evidence management platform to
corporations and law firms.
