(Florida Times Union Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The Mayo Clinic Board of Trustees has named Gianrico Farrugia vice president and chief executive officer of the clinic's campus in Jacksonville. He succeeds William Rupp who will retire from Mayo Clinic at the end of 2014.



Farrugia has been with Mayo Clinic for more than 26 years as a physician in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and Division of Physiology and Biomedical Engineering at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester, Minn.

- - - Franklin Street Real Estate Services has hired Matthew Kesterson as a senior director in the Jacksonville office specializing in multifamily investment sales. He joins Franklin Street from Marcus & Millichap where he worked for the past 15 years.


- - - Molly Bole has been hired as sales gallery manager for Beacon Riverside, a 15-story, 45-residence riverfront condominium tower being developed in Riverside.

- - - John Palacio is the new executive chef for the King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort on St. Simons Island, Ga. He had most recently been executive chef at Starwood's Porter Steak House in Chattanooga, Tenn.

- - - Bill Kuntz has joined CBRE's office brokerage group in Jacksonville as vice president. A Jacksonville native, he had most recently been director of commercial leasing in Vornado Realty Trust's Washington Division.

- - - Amy Rankin, a longtime public relations professional in Jacksonville has opened her own public relations and fund development messaging practice, Cause to Communicate. Rankin's focus will be assisting nonprofits.

- - - Cmdr. Gerard White was selected as Naval Hospital Jacksonville's director for health-care business for its hospital and five branch health clinics across Florida and Georgia. White previously served as NH Jacksonville's associate director for public health.

- - - Brad Balduf has joined National Sales Parallel Infrastructure's Telecom Infrastructure team as vice president of national sales. He was most recently at vice president of strategic accounts at American Tower Corp.

- - - Deanna Brown, partner with Ullmann Financial Group, has been recognized by the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors as a recipient of the 2014 "Four Under Forty" Award. The "Four Under Forty Award," is given annually to four outstanding advisers who achieve excellence in their profession by or before the age of 40.

Jessica Kenney Dreicer, financial adviser at Ullmann, received the Florida "Forty under Forty" award.

- - - Michael Stewart, Jacksonville Aviation Authority's director of external affairs, was recently elected president of the Florida Airports Council. He will serve a one-year term starting Oct. 1.

- - - Kim Radcliffe has been named president of Align Networks. She has been with Align since 2006 and was most recently vice president of operations.

- - - Allstate agency owner Stefanie Cubbedge-Wiggins received the Agency Hands in the Community Award for her commitment to helping others in Starke. With this award came a $1,000 grant from The Allstate Foundation to the Bradford High School softball team, where she volunteers.
