Mr. Miles will be responsible for growing the Investment Banking group and focused on serving corporate clients in the Financial Services sector, including financial technology, specialty finance, and FIG (financial institutions group).

Mr. Miles recently served as Managing Director at Riparian Partners, a division of Oppenheimer & Co. Earlier, he served as Managing Director at Meridian Capital, where he focused on middle market M&A and strategic advisory services. In addition, Mr. Miles has served as CEO of public and private equity backed financial services and financial technology companies. Mr. Miles holds a BBA from the University of Washington.
