DETROIT _ Germany's Daimler AG says it's in talks to sell its remaining stake in Chrysler LLC to private equity firm Cerberus Capital Partners. Inc. told shareholders Wednesday it is scaling down the size of most new stores and eyeing even smaller locations in some rural areas as it tries to operate more efficient sites.
