TORONTO _ Ontario confirmed a swine flu infection in a turkey breeding operation on Tuesday, but the province's health minister said it doesn't pose any threat to humans. The Federal Communications Commission will announce new rules on Thursday that are expected to limit the control Internet service providers can exert over Web content and traffic. MADRID, Spain _ A Spanish union is planning to strike at an Opel auto plant to protest job cuts planned by Canadian auto parts giant Magna International (TSX:MG.A).
