Camp Fire Victims Can Rely on AAA Northern California for Help


In response to the widespread damage caused by the Camp Fire, AAA Northern California continues to assist its members at the following locations:

  • Butte County Fairgrounds, 199 E Hazel St, Gridley, CA (News - Alert) 95948
    • Hours: 7 am - 6 pm daily
  • Butte County Courthouse, 1775 Concord Avenue, Chico, CA 95928
    • Hours: 7 am - 6 pm daily
  • AAA Branch Office, 1290 Stabler Lane, Suite 800, Yuba City, CA 95993
    • Hours: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday
  • AAA Branch Office, 505 N Humboldt Ave D, Willows, CA 95988
    • Hours: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. weekdays

Each location is fully staffed with employees to assist AAA isurance customers with auto and home claims, and to provide additional help as needed.



AAA Northern California insurance customers who have suffered damage to their homes or vehicles may also call AAA Northern California for assistance at 800-922-8228.

Among the services being provided by AAA Northern California:


  • To help with immediate living expenses, debit cards are available for those who have been displaced from their homes and are insured through AAA Northern California for covered homeowners losses.
  • Emergency road service is available to AAA members who have cars damaged by the Camp Fire.
  • Rental vehicles may be available for AAA insurance customers with lost or damaged cars.
  • Packages with personal care items and stuffed animals for children are also available.
