NEWTON, Mass. --(Business Wire)-- Aug. 28, 2006 -- Questex Media Group, Inc. today announced the keynote speakers for ICCM Canada, Canada's premier customer contact management conference and expo. ICCM Canada will take place October 23-25 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto. The keynote address will be delivered by Cameron Herold, chief operating officer of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. The event will also feature a keynote panel with executives from Saddletree Research, Witness Systems, The Call Center School, Latigent, TELUS, and Roxio/Sonic.
