Company News- September 10, 2007 University of California, Berkeley,
Teaches Graphical System Design at New National Instruments Embedded
Systems Laboratory

Announced yesterday, National Instruments (NASDAQ: NATI) and the
University of California, Berkeley, College of Engineering are working
together to offer electrical engineering and computer sciences (EECS)
students a new graphical system design environment in which to design,
prototype and deploy their projects. The NI Embedded Systems Laboratory
uses NI technologies to provide embedded system design experiential
research opportunities for upper division undergraduate and graduate
students.

All students in the UC Berkeley EECS department, which recently was
ranked No. 2 in the nation in U.S. News & World Report's undergraduate
and graduate college rankings, will work in the lab using NI products.
In addition to combining undergraduate and graduate courses, this lab
brings together members of the UC Berkeley community, including student
and postdoctoral researchers and faculty from a variety of departments.

"The vision for the creation of the NI Embedded Systems Laboratory was
developed by professor and department chair Dr. Edward Lee, whose
research interests focus on the design, modeling and simulation of
embedded, real-time computational systems," said Ferenc Kovac, EECS lab
manager at UC Berkeley. "Also, the lab would not be possible without
the direct involvement of NI in our instructional and research program.
With the NI Embedded Systems Laboratory, we are taking engineering
education to the next level by giving students the tools to learn the
graphical system design approach in a project-based environment." The
new lab offers a rich and open environment that students can use to
explore all aspects of embedded systems design, from core concepts such
as models of computation, concurrency and tool-supported design
methodologies to sensors and actuators, data acquisition, interfacing
and real-world applications such as mechatronics, robotics and controls
systems.

"By using commercial-grade products to apply practical knowledge and
classroom theories with real-world applications, NI and UC Berkeley are
working to address the complexities of teaching and engineering
education," said Ray Almgren, vice president of academic marketing at
NI. "Only by industry and academia working together can we create a
paradigm shift in the way engineers are taught and prepared for
tomorrow's environment." Students will focus on RF, embedded systems
design, test and mechatronics topics while receiving real-world
experience in the design, prototyping and deployment stages of embedded
systems. The lab includes 12 workstations, and four of those offer NI
PXI chassis with modular instrumentation including arbitrary waveform
generators, digitizers, multimeters, power supplies and USB data
acquisition hardware.

Other NI products incorporated in the lab include NI CompactRIO
programmable automation controllers; the LabVIEW graphical development
environment; and LabVIEW Real-Time, which combines the LabVIEW
graphical environment with embedded technologies to achieve
deterministic performance. Students will use these products to gain
experience in a variety of focus areas such as wireless, motor control
and vision-controlled applications.

Company News- September 11, 2007 Giant Oil Discoveries Continue
Adjoining ACOR's 13.83 % Carried WI Under PEL 112-The Callawonga-2 Well
Strikes Oil-Flows 4,992 BOPD

Australian-Canadian Oil Royalties Ltd. (herein called ACOR) (OTCBB:
AUCAF) was pleased to announce yesterday that the operator of PEL 92
advises that Callawonga-2 flowed oil from the Namur Sandstone at an
estimated rate of 4992 barrels of oil per day through a 2" choke with
250 psi surface flowing pressure.

PEL 92 adjoins ACOR's 13.83% working interest under PEL 112 to the
North. The Callawonga-2 well will now be tied into the Callawonga
facilities and is anticipated to contribute to production from the
Callawonga Oil Field from October onwards.

The Callwonga-1 well was drilled in July 2006, the well encountered 26
feet of net oil pay in the Namur Sandstone and flowed oil on drill stem
test at a rate of 2400 bopd. The Callwonga-1 well has produced
approximately 250,000 bbls of oil to date or approximately $17,500,000
at current crude oil prices.

In the first five-year permit term commencing Dec 2001, a total of
fourteen wells were drilled on PEL 92 of which only three failed to
test oil. PEL 92 is now into the second five-year term. There are
currently 10 oil production wells in the area (a commercial success
rate of 71%).

Two more appraisal wells are planned on Callawonga oil field
immediately.

All the wells listed below adjoin ACOR's 13.83% working interest PEL
112 to the north and to the east.

Silver Sands-1 well came in with an initial potential of 1062 BOPD
Christies-1 well came in with an initial potential of 500 BOPD
Christies-2 well came in with an initial potential of 1960 BOPD
Christies-3 well came in with an initial potential of 2400 BOPD
Christies-4 well came in with an initial potential of 653 BOPD
Christies-5 well came in with an initial potential of 403 BOPD
Sellicks-1 well came in with an initial potential of 1780 BOPD
Worrior-1 well came in with an initial potential of 2800 BOPD Worrior-2
well came in with an initial potential of 2000 BOPD Worrior-3 well came
in with an initial potential of 276 BOPD Callawonga-1 well came in with
an initial potential of 2400 BOPD Callawonga-2 well came in with an
initial potential of 4992 BOPD About PEL 112 ACOR has signed a farmin
agreement for the oil & gas exploration of ACOR's PELs 108, 109, & 112,
located in South Australia in the prolific Cooper/Eromanga Basin. The
operator has agreed to drill and complete 3 wells in exchange for a
66.667% Working Interest in all 3 areas. The operator will carry ACOR
for 13.83% W.I. in the 1st three wells.

After the 3rd well, ACOR will pay its part of any future exploration
performed on the 3 areas. The exploration manager is working to try to
secure a drilling rig and will make every attempt to drill the 1st two
wells within 2007 on PEL 112, subject to rig availability.

PEL 112 covers approximately 818,904 gross acres, and has never been
drilled (no dry holes). ACOR and partners have completed a new seismic
survey on PELs 112 at a cost of approximately $1,100,000.

The new seismic survey has discovered two large seismograph highs as
well as 24 smaller ones. The 2 large seismograph highs are called C-23
& C-26, which cover a combined area of approx. 5,534 acres with
excellent closure.

ACOR and partners have invested approximately 6 years and several
million dollars in PELs 112, 108, & 109. ACOR management is very
excited to have negotiated a 3-well carried position over the 3 areas,
which substantially reduces the Company's risk.

The 13.83% Carried Working Interest has potential to bring substantial
revenue into the Company, should any or all of the three wells drilled
prove to be commercial. ACOR's carried working interest in the 1st
three wells will exclude ACOR from all exploration and completion costs.

The Closest Oil Field to PEL 112 ACOR management has discovered that
its nearest producing field, the Tantanna Oil Field, has produced
approximately 7,340,646 barrels of oil from twelve (12) wells, at
today's crude prices that equals approximately $513 Million or $42
Million per well. The Seismic line 84-XAB shows a possible look-alike
structure on ACOR's PEL 112 similar to the Tantana Oil Field.

ACOR owns a 13.83 % Carried WI through the first 3 wells under PELs
108, 109, & 112.

About Australian-Canadian Oil Royalties Ltd.:

ACOR management draws no cash salary. ACOR has NO LONG-TERM DEBT.
ACOR's principal assets consist of 15,440,116 gross surface acres of
overriding royalty interest and 8,561,007 gross acres of working
interests, located Onshore Australia in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin and
