BTS Group AB completes acquisitions of US companies The Advantage Performance Group and The Real Learning Company

(Nordic Business Report Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) The Swedish business simulation training and consulting company BTS Group AB said on Monday (25 September) that it has completed its previously announced acquisitions of the US companies The Advantage Performance Group and The Real Learning Company.



The two companies were acquired for a total of USD22.9m in cash and shares, including an earn-out of up to USD4m.

The Advantage Performance Group is a human performance consulting network with over 135 employees. The Real Learning Company provides sales and leadership development solutions, and customer and product development resources. The companies recorded combined net revenues of USD21.3m in 2005.



One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.52 British pounds (GBP).
