Brookside Technology Holdings and SinglePoint Solutions Form Strategic Alliance

(OTCBB: BKSD) and SinglePoint Solutions today announced that the two companies entered into an agreement whereby Brookside will offer SinglePoint's telecommunications consulting services as part of Brookside's comprehensive suite of voice and data solutions.
