BroadSoft Gets VON Magazine Top 10 Innovator Award

BroadSoft announced that it has been recognized by VON Magazine as one
of the publication's Top 10 Innovator Award winners for its Web 2.0
mashup of the BroadWorks VoIP application platform with the
Salesforce.com CRM application.

The award comes on the heels of the launch of BroadSoft Xtended, the
company's Web 2.0 initiative that provides tools and an online
marketplace for third-party developers to create and distribute
applications that integrate with the advanced voice and video calling
features of BroadSoft's BroadWorks platform. BroadSoft Xtended brings
voice to the web-based services and applications that millions of
people use every day.

The Innovator Award honored BroadSoft for its Unified Connector for
Salesforce, which enables enterprises to use their carrier-grade VoIP
calling features -- such as call control, call hold and call transfer
-- within the customer relationship management features in Salesforce.

"This recognition from VON Magazine underscores BroadSoft's efforts to
remain a leader in the VoIP Industry and beyond," said Scott Wharton,
Vice President of Marketing. "BroadSoft has always been committed to

Offered by Pulver Media and VON Magazine, the VON Innovator Awards
honor start-ups and publicly traded companies that represent the future
of Internet Communications.
