BRIEF: Verizon Wireless opens remodeled store in Kona's Lanihau Center

Nov 20, 2009 (The Honolulu Advertiser - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Verizon Wireless will open its second "evolution" communications store tomorrow at Kona's Lanihau Center.

The newly remodeled store is double the size of the previous store at that location and offers consumers hands-on interaction with wireless voice, data, music and video services.

A traditional Hawaiian blessing ceremony and lei untying with Kahu Henry Kahananui is scheduled.

Verizon opened its first evolution in May in the Pacific Guardian Tower in Downtown Honolulu.
