BRIEF: Verizon expanding 4G LTE service to Woodland

Verizon Wireless said it will expand its 4G Long Term Evolution network to Woodland over the next few weeks.
The company said the expansion will enable customers to use their wireless devices to access the Internet faster, listen to music or watch video on their phone and use thousands of applications.
The company is touting access speeds up to 10 times faster than the previous-generation technology.
Verizon's 4G LTE service is currently available throughout Sacramento, West Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Elverta and Loomis.
