BRIEF: PBSO: West Palm man charged with 10 counts of child porn possession [The Palm Beach Post, Fla. :: ](Palm Beach Post (FL) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Aug. 29--A West Palm Beach man has been charged with possession of child pornography, according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office probable-cause affidavit. Christian Nyback, 49, faces 10 counts of possession of child pornography. He is currently being held in the county jail in lieu of $200,000 bond. On July 1, a deputy found an IP address later determined to be Nyback's in a police database that tracks possible child pornography downloads. The videos depicted underage girls performing a number of sexual acts, according to the affidavit. After the office sent a subpoena, Comcast, Nyback's Internet service provider, revealed Nyback's address. The deputy obtained a warrant for Nyback on Aug. 22, and arrested him Thursday, according to the affidavit. Deputies also found several other child pornography videos on an external hard drive. Nyback told deputies that he had downloaded the videos as research for scripts involving incest.
