BRIEF: Minneapolis police seek help in finding robbery suspect

Feb 14, 2012 (Pioneer Press - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Minneapolis police are seeking information on a suspect involved in the Jan. 7 robbery of Tom's Popcorn Shop.

The business at 4708 Cedar Ave. S. was robbed when a man pulled a knife on the lone female employee and demanded money, police said.

The suspect was described as a black man with a goatee, 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a medium to heavy build, police said. The man was wearing a thick black jacket with a hood and was carrying a black backpack, police said.
