BRIEF: Limestone grand jury returns 14 indictments
(The Mexia Daily News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Sep. 1--Fourteen indictments were returned by the last session of the Limestone County grand jury.
Those indicted. the charges which brought the indictments, and the bond status of suspects, are as follows:
*Demarcus Cleveland, burgelary of a habitation; Bond set for $20,000.
*Raybun Davis, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond set at $50,000.
*Michael Jason Donaho, unlawful restraint. Bond is $7,500.
*Gregory Lamar Dunn, injury to a disabled person. Bond is $7,500.
*Amzi Kirven, possession of a controlled substance. Bond is $10,000.
*Brodrick Carr Matthews, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bond is $2,000.
*Brodrick Carr Matthews, credit card abuse. Bond is $2,000.
*Myron Phillips, evading arrest/detention with a motor vehicle. Bond is $5,000.
*Rolando Ramon Robinson, theft over $1,500, but less than $20,000. Bond is $5,000.
*Name withheld pending arrest, burglary of a habitation. Bond is $20,000. An arrest warrant has been issued.
*David Joseph Swanson, assault Family Violence Act. Bond is $50,000.
*David Joseph Swanson, assault of a Public Servant. Bond is $50,000.
*Melinda Thornton, robbery. Bond is $5,000.
*Travis Thornton, theft-enhanced. Bond is $5,000.
