BRIEF: Former HOVENSA CEO Kupfer chosen to lead V.I. Next Generation Network

ST. THOMAS, Apr 05, 2012 (The Virgin Islands Daily News - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- The V.I. Next Generation Network has a new president and chief executive officer.

At a brief, teleconferenced meeting Wednesday, the network's board ratified a contract for Lawrence Kupfer to take over as head of the agency.
