BRIEF: Folsom's Global Digital Solutions Inc. will buy KRS Construction

Feb 14, 2012 (The Sacramento Bee - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Folsom-based Global Digital Solutions Inc. said it has signed a letter of intent to acquire KRS Construction in Sacramento.

Financial details of the proposed acquisition were not disclosed, although officials said it is expected to be conducted as an asset purchase.

GDSI provides telecom engineering and consulting services.
