BRIEF: European Funds Ministry wants to purchase software services for 3.2 mln lei [Agerpres, Bucharest, Romania :: ](Agerpres (Romania) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) July 22--BUCHAREST -- The European Funds Ministry (MFE) wants to purchase support services for the IBM software products used by the MySMIS application, for over 3.241 million lei, reads a call posted on e-auction.ro. 'The objective of the acquisition is to provide the necessary support for the IBM software products held by the MFE so that SMIS-NSRF MySMIS application thus operate smoothly and with high availability, until October 31, 2015. The facilities offered by the requested support include access to the latest versions of software, prompt support -- multi-platform, technical support for IBM software products -- for the designated IT specialists, 'remote' technical support (RTS), 24/7 support for critical business problems, online support functions (self-help), etc,' reads the call.
