BRIEF: County controller Chelsa Wagner gives birth to a son

It's a boy for Allegheny County Controller Chelsa Wagner, 34, and her husband, Khari Mosley.
The couple's second son, Isaiah Wagner Mosley, was born Saturday at 12:03 a.m., delivered by the midwives' practice at Magee-Womens Hospital of UPMC.
Mother and child were doing well, according to the statement from the controller's office. The statement said she Wagner is the first nonjudicial countywide or citywide elected official in Pittsburgh or Allegheny County to give birth while in office.
Isaiah weighed 9 pounds, 1 ounce and was 22 inches long.
Wagner will be at home with her baby for two weeks, but will be available to staff by phone and email, and will return to the controller's office the week of Feb. 27, the statement said.
