BRIEF: Computers Stolen From City Magnet School, Police Say

HARTFORD, Nov 07, 2009 (The Hartford Courant - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Police are investigating the theft of 20 computers from a magnet school.

Staff at the Global Communications Academy, 150 Tower Ave., reported the theft Friday morning, Sgt. Martin Cunningham said. Twenty computers were missing; 10 of them were laptops and 10 were desk tops, he said.

The Major Crimes division is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 860-722-TIPS (8477).
