BRIEF: Build-A-Bear appoints new CFO [St. Louis Post-Dispatch](St. Louis Post-Dispatch (MO) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Sept. 15--Build-A-Bear Workshop said Tina Klocke, its chief financial officer, will leave the company next spring, and she was succeeded today by Vojin Todorovic. Klocke has been with Overland-based Build-A-Bear since 1997. Todorovic, 39, has a $300,000 base salary and a three-year employment agreement that may be renewed annually, the company said in an SEC filing. He also gets a $20,000 signing bonus, $150,000 in equity incentive compensation and stock options, plus a long-term performance-based cash incentive target award of $37,500. Previously, Todorovic was head of finance and operations for the Lifestyle Group at Michigan-based footwear company Wolverine World Wide Inc. Under a separation agreement with Build-A-Bear, Klocke with leave the company April 3.
