In years prior, he served as senior vice president/general counsel of a Houston-based bank, and as a senior officer of a public company providing diversified financial services throughout the United States. In his practice, Mr. Adkins works with individuals and public and private companies on matters involving corporate and securities, real estate, insurance, and administrative law. He represents businesses in a variety of industries, including food products, real estate, construction materials, energy, technology, and transportation. Mr. Adkins also often works with entrepreneurs and established businesses in financing transactions, contracts, stock options, employment agreements, and corporate governance.
