The search engine scours a clinical library with over 10,000 pre-loaded clinical and lay concepts and 250 provider specialty classifications to enable physicians, administrators, and scheduling agents to search on any combination of conditions, synonyms, or procedures. Over 150 scheduling and referral specialists will utilize the technology to match patients to providers within the Baystate Health network in order to better coordinate care.
