The enhancements include the addition of new value packages as well as improving the existing value packages with higher download speeds, higher throttle speeds and higher usage limits at no extra costs.

The fantastic new Batelco Broadband packages will allow customers to enjoy an unlimited Broadband experience at speeds of 1.5 Mbps for only BD12 per month.

Customers have a choice of seven top value for money packages that deliver the great enhancements including the highest throttled speeds in the Kingdom going up to 2 Mbps, at very competitive rates.


These unbeatable new and enhanced Broadband Packages are available for existing customers and new customers who sign a one year contract with Batelco.

All of Batelco s Consumer Broadband Packages, starting from BD10 only, will still be available as non-contract packages also; however the customers will receive more benefits for the same price with the contract packages.

This is great news for our customers and is delivered as part of Batelco s ongoing review of its products and services, which are developed to meet the changing needs of our customers , said Batelco Group General Manager Media Relations Ahmed Al Janahi.

Batelco s customers who are already subscribed to the 3Mbps, 6Mbps, 8Mbps (25GB) or 8Mbps (90GB) packages will be automatically migrated to benefit from a combination of higher throttle speeds, higher usage and if applicable higher download speeds.

Other Batelco Broadband customers who are interested in migrating to one of the new or enhanced packages are invited to contact Batelco s 24/7 Helpdesk on 196 or to visit any of Batelco s Retail Shops for more information.

New customers are also invited to visit any Batelco Retail Shops to subscribe and start benefitting from Batelco s reliable Broadband services, noting that registration is free for all new subscribers.

Furthermore, Batelco is also introducing new and extra usage bundles at lower rates for customers who wish to surf at their maximum speed after exceeding their threshold limits.
