Avaya's Proposed Acquisition of Nortel Enterprise Solutions Receives Clearance from European Commission
BASKING RIDGE, New Jersey, November 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Avaya today announced it received clearance from the European Commission
for its proposed acquisition of Nortel's enterprise solutions business.
The proposed acquisition is subject to additional regulatory reviews, and
Avaya expects to close the transaction in December 2009.
