Athenex, Inc. Announces Proposed Offering of Common StockBUFFALO, N.Y., Jan. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Athenex (Nasdaq:ATNX), a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery, development and commercialization of novel therapies for the treatment of cancer and related conditions, today announced an underwritten public offering of 4,300,000 shares of its common stock, subject to market conditions and other factors. In addition, Athenex intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 645,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price.
