AST Hires Industry Veteran Michael Nespoli as Director of Client Relationship Management
NEW YORK --(Business Wire)--
American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC (AST) announced today that
it has hired Michael Nespoli as Director of Client Relationship
Management. Mike will be based at the AST headquarters in New York and
will oversee the U.S. Relationship Management team responsible for
serving more than 2,500 stock transfer clients and their shareholders.

A veteran within the industry, Mike brings more than 30 years of trade
experience to AST. Throughout his career, Mike has held leadership roles
in evry aspect of account administration, client servicing and
operations. Prior to joining AST, Mike served as Managing Director with
the Bank of New York Mellon Shareholder Services (now Computershare).
