ArvinMeritor Declares 10 Cent Dividend

January 25, 2008 (FinancialWire) The ArvinMeritor, Inc. s (NYSE: ARM)
board has declared a quarterly dividend of ten cents per share on the
common stock of ArvinMeritor, payable on March 10 to holders of record
at the close of business on February 19.
Troy, Michigan-based ArvinMeritor supplies a range of integrated
systems, modules and components to the motor vehicle industry. The
company serves commercial truck, trailer and specialty original
equipment manufacturers and certain aftermarkets, and light vehicle
manufacturers.
