OnPage: "How did you first find out about the product and introduce it to the team?" Philip explains: "We were searching for something on the app store that would work. We tried for years doing it on our own VOIP system and attempted to hack our on-call rotation without success. Since everyone has a smartphone we assumed that there had to be a better system out there, so we became cofortable moving forward with the cost-effective OnPage system. There was no wasted time with evaluations, budget discussions and learning curves. You just turn it on and GO. OnPage: "What other messaging requirements were you looking for?" Philip said: "OnPage solved a mandatory requirement we had in our data center for regulatory cybersecurity compliance. In our facilities if there's an intrusion or a door alarm trips after hours it would ring down to a security company and they would dispatch our team. Now all our manager has to do is send out an email and we all get paged immediately. We were able to save money by cancelling our ring down services for physical security intrusions. The scheduling function is great too. We have four different departments with several on-call rotations groups. In the past we had to maintain a list of individuals that were on-call manually.
