Apps Genius Acquires Game-Engine That Will Enable Design of First Puzzle Game for Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi

Apps Genius (News - Alert) Corp (OTCBB:APGS) (http://www.appsgenius.com), a creator of innovative social games and mobile applications, has acquired the rights to a puzzle-related game in affiliation with a gaming studio. The acquisition provides Apps Genius with the "game engine" it needs to design its next app, which will be the first puzzle-style game it releases on behalf of famed Jersey Shore star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.

The new "Snooki" game, which Apps Genius intends to develop and release in the near future, will be the third launch from the company, which signed an exclusive contract with Ms. Polizzi in October 2011 to create up to eight apps and games for her.

Adam Kotkin, CEO of Apps Genius, stated: "Our acquisition stems from the first of several relationships that were founded at the Game Developers Conference 2012 in San Francisco last month. Having obtained the rights to this game, we intend to share it with "Snooki" and modify it according to her input in order to make it her very own.
