The goal of the partnership is to enhance the organization's Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities and improve its fundraising and patient services capabilities. Built on the Salesforce1 Platform and designed for nonprofit organizations, NGO Connect and Salesforce Sales Cloud offer the tools LLS needs to improve a range of functions, from donor management to volunteer management and marketing. With Appirio's support, LLS will revisit its current operational processes, examine areas for improvement and establish a new system to help the organization run more effectively. The project will continue with additional integration steps to improve other business processes, such as streamlining online registration for patients.
