'Valkyrie' portrait flap was mistaken photo IDLOS ANGELES (AP) _ What looked at first like another PR blow to "Valkyrie," the twice-delayed Tom Cruise film based on the true story of a German officer who plotted to assassinate Hitler, turned out to be a case of mistaken photo identity. A report posted on Slate.com last week suggested that United Artists had doctored a portrait of Claus von Stauffenberg to make it more closely resemble the "Top Gun" actor. One problem: The two images scrutinized in the story, posted June 17 under the heading "Tom Cruise Mystery: The case of the doctored publicity photo," didn't come from the same source.

India's Reliance talking with DreamWorksMUMBAI, India (AP) _ India's Reliance Entertainment and other investors are in talks with Hollywood's DreamWorks SKG to raise up to $2 billion to create a movie venture, two people familiar with negotiations said Tuesday. DreamWorks, the movie studio founded in 1994 by Hollywood moguls Steven Spielberg, David Geffen and Jeffrey Katzenberg, is looking to raise a total of $2 billion from investors _ $1 billion in equity and another $1 billion for new movie projects, the two people with knowledge of the talks told The Associated Press. They said they could not be named because negotiations were ongoing.
Locklear seeking treatment for anxiety, depressionNEW YORK (AP) _ Heather Locklear is seeking treatment for anxiety and depression. "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression," publicist Sarah Fuller said Tuesday in a statement. "She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."
