Annenberg's Learner.org Selects TelVue CloudCast(TM) for Streaming Video
MOUNT LAUREL, NJ, Feb 14, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --
TelVue(R) Corporation (OTCQB: TEVE) (PINKSHEETS: TEVE), the
innovation leader in Digital IP Broadcasting equipment and services
for Cable, TV and Internet broadcasters is pleased to announce an
agreement to provide Internet media streaming services for the
Annenberg Foundation's popular educational resource, www.Learner.org.
Annenberg's Learner website offers hundreds of multimedia resources
to help teachers teach, as well as programs intended for students in
the classroom and informal learners at home. TelVue's CloudCast(TM)
Content Management System (CMS) and Content Delivery Network (CDN)
are now powering the online delivery of Learner's extensive
video-on-demand library. Annenberg Learner users can access this
content today on PCs, Macs and many mobile devices with the most
reliable video performance on the Internet today. Annenberg and
TelVue are in discussions to further enhance Learner so content can
be viewed on alternative screens such as smart phones, game consoles
and Internet-connected TVs.
